Book as Detain
Choose Detain when you book the order in your seller portal.
Sent to the destination office
We pick up the parcel and move it to our office in your customer's city.
Held safely
The parcel is kept at the office until your customer comes for it.
Collected in person
Your customer collects it with the tracking number and pays any COD amount at the counter.
Questions about Detain
How long is a Detain parcel held?
Parcels are held for the period agreed with your account. If a parcel is not collected in that time, it is returned to you.
What does my customer need to collect the parcel?
The tracking number and a valid ID. If it is a COD order, they pay the amount on the label at the counter.
Can a Detain parcel be delivered to the door instead?
Contact our support team. Where the destination is covered, the parcel can be sent out for doorstep delivery.
