Is there a weight limit?
Tell us the weight and size of your shipment and we will confirm the best way to send it.
How should heavy parcels be packed?
Use a strong carton or crate, fill empty space so nothing moves, and seal every seam. See our packing guide on the For sellers page.
Does Overland work with cash on delivery?
Yes. The rider collects the COD amount at the door, as with every Radex service.
