Create your account
Fill in the seller sign-up form on the Radex portal with your business and bank details.
Agree your rates
Our team reviews your account, confirms your rates and activates your login.
Book your orders
Add orders one by one or upload a sheet, choose the service and print the labels.
Hand over and track
Our rider collects the parcels. Follow each one in the portal until the cash reaches your bank.

Well-packed parcels arrive in one piece and get delivered faster. A few rules that make the difference:

Use a strong box or flyerA sturdy carton for anything breakable or heavy; a sealed courier flyer for clothes and soft items.
Fill the empty spaceBubble wrap, paper or air pillows, so nothing moves when the box is shaken.
Seal every seamTape all the edges of the box, not just the middle, so it cannot open in transit.
One label, clearly visibleStick the Radex label flat on the largest side and remove old labels and barcodes.
Write the full address and a working phone numberMost failed deliveries come from an incomplete address or a number that does not answer.
Book the real weightWeigh the packed parcel. Parcels may be re-weighed at our hub and charged at the actual weight.
